Aging — Optimism v. Pessimism

There are myriad books and articles about aging.  Over time we hope to uncover, examine and share much of this information.  And we hope you’ll feel compelled to share with us your interesting finds.  Some of what we see has a decidedly optimistic bent, and some is more sober.  Last week the Wall Street Journal printed an article that examined six prevalent myths about aging — along with recent research thats dispels common misconceptions.  Note the myth about exercise, which exposes the notion that more is always better.  Readers of Fit65 will recognize this theme, one that we espouse; beware excessive, unnecessary exercise.  Let us know what you think.
